Strategic Evaluation
In this phase, we will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of your entire creative body of work, your design portfolio, academic achievements, and personal profile. One of our expert strategists will assess your level of competitiveness and potential for success across your top three choices. This is a crucial step as it provides us with a clear understanding of your competitive standing. Armed with this knowledge, we can make informed decisions regarding the allocation of time and resources, ensuring that we strategically enhance your portfolio and overall application. Our goal is to position you optimally for success in this highly competitive arena.

Competitive Architecture School Admissions Strategy
In this phase, you will complete our detailed questionnaire, which is meticulously crafted to capture essential information about your background and aspirations. Our seasoned team, consisting of admissions consultants, strategists, and design instructors, will then utilize your responses to formulate a robust strategy tailored specifically for your portfolio and overall application.
We will begin by analyzing your responses to 200 questions, including 185 yes/no questions and 15 extended-response prompts requiring 500-word paragraphs. This comprehensive review will allow us to identify your strengths and weaknesses, as well as pinpoint potential opportunities and threats.
Based on this analysis, we will craft a bespoke career strategy that aligns with your goals and aspirations. Finally, we will develop a dynamic and distinctive strategy for your architecture school admissions, empowering you to enhance your portfolio and entire application. This strategic approach is designed to optimize your potential for success in gaining admission to top architecture programs.

Portfolio Development I – Strategic Studio
This online, one-on-one studio course is designed to equip you with everything necessary to construct an exceptionally competitive portfolio and application. Spanning three weeks, this course will lay the foundational elements of your application, including strategy formulation, developing a roadmap for your content design, and establishing a competitive framework for your portfolio creation. Additionally, we will:
- Analyze, evaluate, and select your final list of schools, choosing those that best align with your aspirations and potential for success.
- Assess your potential recommenders and devise strategies to secure optimal references.
- Engage in three to four design projects that focus both on skill enhancement and the development of key pieces for your portfolio.
- Review multiple portfolios from our archives—those of former students who have successfully gained admission to your preferred schools using strategies similar to yours.
- Complete the initial draft of your statement of purpose, which will serve as the guiding “script” for the development of your entire application and portfolio.
Each step in this course is structured to ensure that you are thoroughly prepared and confidently positioned for success in your architectural education journey.
